Tom and Linda Kerwood have done everything by the book to adopt a baby. All they need is a final positive review from the adoption agency. But just as the formidable Mrs. Potter is about to arrive, Tom’s well-meaning but utterly inept brothers, Dick and Harry, show up. Their “help” quickly descends into mayhem, complete with a vanload of smuggled contraband, a befuddled police officer, and… a dead body.
