Accessibility

Z-PAC hopes to provide enjoyment and entertainment for the whole community but is not fully accessible. These are the accessibility services and facilities we offer:

Wheelchairs – we can accommodate two wheelchairs in our auditorium for shows.  To book one of these, please use the online booking facility and select the wheelchair icons on seats A1 and A14.  These are not dedicated wheelchair spaces, but these seats are at the end of the front row, so a wheelchair can be positioned in front of the seats without impeding access, views or fire escapes for other patrons.

Toilets – our theatre does not have accessible toilets, however there are accessible council toilets within 5 metres of our door.

Ramps – all areas of our theatre are accessible via ramps.

Walkers & Mobility Scooters – we ask that all walkers and mobility scooters be parked outside the auditorium during shows so they do not create a trip hazard for other patrons in case of emergency.  If you need assistance to park a scooter or walker, please ask one of our friendly volunteers when you arrive for your show.

Priority Parking – if you need to park directly outside the theatre due to mobility issues, please contact well ahead of your booking day to arrange reserved parking in front of the theatre.

Hearing Loop – we have a hearing loop in our auditorium, which you can use via your own hearing aid if T-Coil enabled, or your own headset plugged into a receiver provided by us.  Please reserve a receiver if required by emailing well ahead of your show date.

Sign Language – we have friends in the community who have signed our shows previously.  If you would like us to arrange this for your group for a special show session, please get in touch – .

Volunteers – we welcome volunteers of all abilities and will do our best to accommodate your assistance requirements.  Please contact if you would like to join our family.
