Thank you!
Thank you to everyone who joined us for Blithe Spirit. Every Z-PAC production is made by local volunteers – cast, crew, front-of-house and friends – and we couldn't do it without you.
Noël Coward’s sparkling supernatural comedy sees séances, spirits and sarcasm collide. When a novelist’s past comes back to haunt him – literally – chaos ensues in this witty, elegant and delightfully mischievous classic.
Blithe Spirit is an engaging tale of wit and supernatural chaos, centred around a dinner party, a séance, and the ensuing ghostly complications. It deals with love, jealousy and the unexpected consequences of summoning the otherworldly. As Charles Condomine grapples with the spectral presence of his former wife, unwittingly summoned by the eccentric medium Madame Arcati, the Condomines’ maid and their friends Dr and Mrs Bradman are all drawn into the tensions between the living and the dead in a comedic and poignant manner.
