What we collect

When you join our mailing list or sign up to volunteer, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, and, for volunteers, your phone number (optional) and the ways you’d like to help.

What we use it for

We use your details only to contact you about Z-PAC Theatre: our newsletter and show news if you joined the mailing list, and volunteering opportunities if you signed up to help. We don’t sell your details or share them with other organisations.

Where it’s stored

Your details are stored in MailerLite, the email service Z-PAC Theatre uses to send newsletters. MailerLite may store data on servers outside Australia. The website itself doesn’t keep a copy of what you submit.

Unsubscribing and changes

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. To ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, email [email protected].

Ticket buyers

If you buy tickets, the ticketing service (TryBooking or Humanitix) holds your booking details under its own privacy policy. We don’t add ticket buyers to the mailing list without them choosing to join.

Website visitors

This website doesn’t use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard technical logs to run and protect the site.
